Highlights over the years

Receiving the TRU Chair Leadership Award for my contributions to the Counselling, Academic Supports and Assessment (CASA) department after serving as chair for six year (2023).

Receiving the President’s Award for outstanding service to the National College Testing Association (2018).

Serving as the Founding President of the Canadian Higher Education Testing Association (CHETA), 2018 – to present.

Being one of the founding members of the Canadian Higher Education Testing Association (CHETA) (2012).

Being the first Canadian to serve on the Board of the National College Testing Association (2015-2018).

Running with Clara Hughes, a six-time Canadian Olympic medalist in cycling and speed skating. The Walk/Run a Kilometre in my Shoes was organized by theTRU Wolfpack cross country running team and the local branch of Canadian Mental Health Association to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health programs in Kamloops.

Being one of the founding members and serving as the Founding President (2012-2016) of the British Columbia Higher Education Testing Association (BCHETA).
